The information about the availability of fertile lands, inevitable danger of floods or the attack of a beast was derived on the basis of hit and trial methods. Over time through evolution, knowledge of reading and writing and experience of handling adverse situations, humans asymptotically approached the method of making rational guesses with all the information available to them. The 'U.S. Coin Task Force' established in the year 2020, which manufactures/mints the nation's coin supply, also decreased staffing in response to the pandemic. In a hospital in Stoke Mandeville, a village in England, Dr. Ludwig Guttmann organized a sporting event for faster rehabilitation of his Royal Air Force patients suffering from spinal cord injuries. Since then, the event has grown into an international sports competition for people with various disabilities, today known as the Paralympic Games.  As the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics Games come to a close, Indian athletes have bagged a total of 19 medals – 5 gold, 8 silver, and 6 bronze – finishing at 24 th place. With medals, these champions have earned not only the respect of the masses but millions of rupees and government jobs as rewards. By Sukanya Verma, Kalindi College Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 13, 2021, launched the much-awaited vehicle scrappage policy intending to phase out old and unfit vehicles in an environment-friendly manner. He also mentioned that this policy expects to bring investments worth around Rs. 10,000 crore.  The Vehicle Scrappage Policy is a government funded program , initiated with the aim to replace old vehicles from the Indian roads. The implementation will begin on April 1, 2023 for heavy commercial vehicles and  June 1, 2024, for all other vehicles after undergoing mandatory fitness tests. Eligibility for scrapping The Vehicle Scrappage Policy will come into action after a vehicle’s registration period has expired.
